An Alsatian Grand Cru vineyard Riesling with meat on its bones. A pretty nose, sapid with peach blossom, gives way to an unctuous palate. This is a dry white wine, complex in its texture and balanced with a granite minerality. While ideal for Alsatian choucroute, this is also a pleasure with Asian pork recipes.

A pretty Savignan, delicate, saline and pure with mellowed notes of lemon balm, forest herbs and new wool. Fresh, with only a scant oxydative element, this is fine for the region's famous roast chicken with Vin Jaune, trout and fennel, rustic cheeses and herbs.
