JP Azeitao Red, Bacalhoa - 2011

When you're looking for a fuller red wine that's still dry, you can always look towards Portugal. This comes from the Setúbal peninsula south of the capital city of Lisbon. Full of black skinned fruits with a dash of coffee on the finish. Nicely ripe tannins add great texture.

"Cepa Pura" Fernão Pires, Quinta do Montalto - 2011

White | Portugal, Estremadura | (750 )mL
Pear and quince are the most prominent notes on this unique white. Teasingly aromatic, it has a crisp palate with flavors of orchard fruits and a touch of honey. Rounded spiced notes complete the picture. This is a great idea for squid and calamari as well as roasted chicken breast, chickpeas, and potatoes.
