Savia Viva Tinto "Familia" - 2010

Red | Spain, Penedès | (750 )mL
This beautifully made red wine reminds us of a juicy Bordeaux from the Médoc: after resting in oak barrels for 8 months, the juice (Merlot and both of the Cabernets) emerges full of dark red berry fruit flavors and spice accents. Great with roasts, braises, and company.

Cellers Capafons-Ossó, "Roigenc" - 2012

Rosé | Spain, Montsant | (750 )mL
Cellers Capafons-Ossó is a small, family-run winery that makes wines in Montsant and Priorat, the esteemed regions of northeastern Spain. What's fascinating about the wines is that they can achieve higher levels of alcohol but still maintain a freshness, due to the chalk-based soils. This is a rosé that smells of a fresh bowl of cherries. It's a delight to have chilled alongside kebobs.

Loureiro "Goliardo", Bodega Forjas del Salnes - 2010

Red | Spain, Rías Baixas | (750 )mL
Loureiro is better known as a white grape than a red. This stunning surprise comes from 100+ year old vines. Darkly rustic in its aroma profile, ripe red to black cherries open on a fruity, clean palate. A unique idea for Spanish wine lovers and a great selection for roast pork.
