Orders are usually available at our store at 399 Lafayette St. three hours after placing your order at the Will Call desk located to the left after entering the store.
Orders placed online until 5 pm Monday through Saturday usually can be picked up by 8:30 pm the same day and orders placed after 5 pm are usually available at noon the following day. Orders placed until 2 pm on Sunday usually can be picked up by 5:30 pm the same day and orders placed after 2 pm usually will be available at noon on Monday. You can select a pick-up date up to six days in the future. Orders can only be picked up when the store is open, which is 9 am to 9 pm Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 pm on Sunday.
Please note your order completion is subject to us confirming we have the available inventory. We will contact you if we have any problems with your order. That’s why we ask for a phone number. You will receive an email once your order is processed and ready to be picked up.
If your credit card is listed as “unverified” on the billing page, you will have to come into the store with your credit card and a government-issued form of identification to pick up your order. We will charge your card at that time. If your credit card is listed as “verified” you or someone else may pick up the order if you supply that person’s name on the shipping page. We require government-issued identification for the person picking up the order. For security, it is best to bring the credit card but this is not mandatory. You must be 21 or older to pick up an order and we will remind you of these rules when you place your order and in the emails.
A small number of large and/or fragile bottles are only available for shipping to Manhattan, Brooklyn or Queens. If your items are in this group and you try to ship them outside of Manhattan, Brooklyn or Queens you will get a message on the website asking you to call the store to arrange a will call pickup.
We will only hold your order for two weeks and if it isn’t picked up by then your merchandise will be returned to stock and may not be available in the future. When merchandise is returned to stock, we will also process a refund if you prepaid for your order.
