Mmmmm.... Just plain mmmm... This authentic caribbean orange liqueur is quickly becoming my go to favorite. Who needs Triple Sec when you have this! Clement's Creole Shrubb is a beautiful blend of their finest white and aged Agricole Rhums, macerated with Creole spices and sun dried bitter orange peels in oak casks. Then sweetened with pure sugar cane syrup. It's rich, concentrated and incredibly balanced showing notes of fresh sugar cane, orange peel, pepper and chocolate. Absolutely delicious on it's own but a natural choice for cocktails. Here's one to try: Rhum Club, 2oz Banks 5 Island Rum, .75oz lime juice, .5oz Rhum Clement Creole Shrubb, .25oz sugar cane syrup, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, 1 dash Angostura orange bitters.
