We've been extolling the virtues of this Rum for so long, I'm astounded that I haven't (nor any of my other colleagues) staff picked this rockstar of a Rum.. You'll notice plenty of Plantation products on Astor's shelves, and for good reason! They are all excellent! The 20th Anniversary expression stands out for its quality, depth of flavor and rich, decadent mouth-filling texture. Its a blend of aged rums, the oldest of which is 20 years old. How they put together such wonderful rum at a modest price? Pierre Ferrand's stellar Cognac barrels is why. It adds creamy fruit, rich caramel, savory tobacco notes and an aromatic touch.
