The corn rich mashbill is filled out with 15% unpeated and 15% peated malted barley. The bold profile of bourbon and the smokiness of the new charred barrels are a natural if unexpected pairing for the peat. Notes include candy corn, fireplace embers, barbeque spices, toasted coconut and banana bread.
