Tasting Notes

A dry Chenin full of ripe golden fruit and a slight nuttiness. Made from older vines and vinifed in stainless steel. The golden color is picked up from a short maceration on the skins. The estate is run by the father and son team of Paul and Frederik Filliatreau.
