Tasting Notes

The Vouvrays from François Pinon are impressive and have an incredible amount of soul to them. This Vouvray is still in style, unctuous on the palate with aromas of honeycomb, honeysuckle with acidity and mineral to balance out the fruit. The is not a dry Vouvray but pushing right of off-dry but so delicately balanced with acidity that you'll find that it works well at the table with a myriad of dishes be it scallops, pulled-pork or monkfish.
