A beautiful expression of Gamay from 100 year old vines planted in schist soils. After a long maceration on the skins, the wine is fermented with ambient yeasts in wooden tanks. Although Hervé Souhaut is best-known for his delicious northern Rhône wines, this red is his outlier.
