So I made some clams and linguine with white wine last night... Let me tell you how great this wine is not only with it but in it! Fresh and fragrant, perfect acidity and just the right amount of tart citrus as well as ripe fruit. The price doesn't make it a waste on the food, plus if you don't like the wine flavor then why would you like it in your food anyway. This is top-notch producer with high-quality Mendocino fruit. I would have this wine with mussels, grilled garlic shrimp, and the list goes on...
