After a double sorting and destemming of the fruit, the wine was fermented in steel and wood tanks followed by a transfer to new oak barrique for 24 months before subsequent bottle aging for another year. With a dry and sunny growing season, this vintage shows particularly intense dark fruits, cocoa and spice.
