Domain du Bagnol has practiced organic viniculture since 2014.The limestone and calcareous soil give this delicious rosé a great structure. It's a blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, and 20% Mourvedre. These grapes blend very well together giving a very well balanced, aromatic wine. You can enjoy, on the palate, citrus and stone fruit flavors such as peach, a bright acidity, and a very intriguing salinity in the finish. This wine can be paired with the traditional Provence cuisine like ratatouille, but if you are not in the mood to spend too much time in the kitchen, you can just pair it with cold cuts or roasted chicken.
