Not your typical Primitivo in any way and for us, in a special way. A pale ruby rosé color and unoaked in the cellar so this Italian wine drinks with ease - especially with a slight chill. Teres displays pretty red raspberries and almond aromas which carry through to the palate. Youthful, with balanced acidity and notes of warm southern spices. Pair with herb roasted chicken salad or rosemary coated sheep milk cheese.

Vibrant red berry notes are layered with subtle hints of balsamic, while a pronounced minerality—drawn from its clay and limestone soils—adds depth and precision. The palate concludes with a delicate almond finish that lingers gracefully. Fermented in stainless steel, with music employed to encourage gentle micro-oxygenation, the wine is then aged for six months in neutral Slovenian oak, preserving its purity while enhancing texture and nuance. Elegant enough to enjoy on its own, yet structured enough to pair beautifully with hearty pasta or beef dishes, this wine thrives slightly chilled. Its unassuming abv and seamless balance make it effortlessly drinkable.
