Los Bermejos is a winery on the island of Lanzarote in the Canary Islands. Conditions are extreme, the porous black soils entirely volcanic. This is an incredible white wine made from the native Diego grape. Fermented with native yeasts then aged 3 months in tank sur lie before bottling. Luscious on the palate.

Bermejos Diego Seco

Diego is a grape that's indigenous to the Canary Islands. Seco means dry, and boy does it deliver! Just looking at this juice—with its vivid straw color—you know there is something special in that glass. The nose gives way to toasted almonds, white flowers, and burnt lemon. The briny mid-palate of this wine will cut right through the butter and elevate the lemony fish and toasty nuts! Speaking of rich, try this alongside a creamy goat cheese. Or for an awesome comparison sip with a funky blue cheese!
