A robust Chinon, filled with earth and gravelly mineral. Grézeaux is a single-vineyard of 50+-year-old vines planted in gravelly clay. Great for smoked charcuterie, bacon-wrapped turkey, and grilled vegetables. This well-constructed Cabernet Franc was fermented in cement tanks.
