First The color in the glass: Glossy lustrous like a rose-gold pearl or perhaps an oil paining of frothy waves against a pristine, untouched shore - seashells like small pale ears poking out of the soft, porcelain sand. Second The nose: Underripe, electric green apples falling from the tree Alice took a warm afternoon snooze under. Red sour belts you buy from a little league baseball field laced in nostalgia and poignant watermelon day dreams. Last Palate: Bubbles, tight and frothy - elegant and silky. A slight - ever so slight- rush of sweetness that is tamed by the buzzing acidity that runs like cloudy gray veins in granite. Deliriously delicious. Tart greens and blues.
