Here's a show-stopping white wine that is ready to drink now. A slew of southern white grapes have coalesced into perfect complexity and age, reminiscent of Champagne minus the bubbles. Luscious aromas of roasted nuts and apple juice are unexpectedly followed by a lively citric palate. Enjoy with rich fare, as the Palette Blanc can stand up to pork and more.
