A dry riesling from one of the oldest estates in the steep slopes of the Mosel region. When winemaker Gernot Kollman took over the estate in 2007 he choose to forgo the use of pesticides in the vineyard. His Escheburg is a blend of different vineyards and is a testement to his skill. Mouthwatering acidity and round peach notes make an ideal pairing with pineapple glazed porkchop.
