Continuing traditions inherited from a century ago (1850), production of this wine is one of the oldest in the village Maury. It remains a family affair. Explosive aromas and flavors await you! Good news is this "nectar of the gods" is attainable for just about everyone! I found the note to have hints reminiscent of fino sherry, chestnut honey, dried yellow fruit, slight whiff of saffron, and honey drizzled wafflecone. Bright acidity makes it pop on your palate and adds balance to the full texture of the liquid. A true gem and brilliant with the right cheese/fruit plate dessert plate!
