Il Santo, Zari Dino

Il Santo, Zari Dino - NV

Item # 41329 750mL

Just like a Vin Santo except it's not aged as long as Vin Santo and therefore cannot have "Vin Santo" designation. A dessert wine where the grapes are left to dry through the winter after harvest before pressing. Sweet on the palate with, naturally, a dried fruit characteristic: dried sultanas, prunes and spice. Drink with a light chill and enjoy with biscotti as is done in Italy.
