Recalling unorthodox pecan pies and piles of leaves in the yard, Noah’s Mill opens with a nose full of pecans, buttery graham cracker crusts, and a splash of vanilla. On the palate, it’s nutty and firey, with a rich spiciness and a bit of dried apricot. Finishing smooth, it leaves you with an autumnal hint of leaves and dried grass.
