Old Raj Dry Gin from the Scottish bottling company, Cadenhead’s, is a gin drinker’s gin. Made with classic London Dry botanicals, this juniper-lead gin is lean, dry and intensely perfumed. The uniqueness of this gin comes from the pre-bottling addition of saffron which gives it an attractive, yellow glow. This bottling, at 55% abv, is made for gin martinis with a healthy slug of dry vermouth, stirred with ice, and a lemon peel with olives on the side.
