So many bourbon labels and so few age statements.....what to pick? Pure Kentucky is a terrific bourbon and it boggles my mind that it gets no love from the whiskey elite. It has the wonderful pedigree of being made at the Willet Distillery and, while there is no age statement on the label, there is plenty of aged whiskey in the blend. This bottle has depth and character befitting a 6 or 8 year-old whiskey. Should you take a chance on a whiskey that you may not have heard of? YES! Why the hell not!
