Tasting Notes

This malt whisky is named for the custom oak casks used for aging that are literally a crossing of both French and American oak. It possesses a soft palate with subtle notes of clove and vanilla that accent its sweet maltiness and subtle fruit character. Elegant enough to be served as an apéritif, but rich enough to drink after a fine meal.
