Highly aromatic, this Italian liquore is an elegant Nebbiolo grappa, infused with licorice, vanilla, rhubarb, ginseng, and orange peels. At first whiff, I was taken back to the days of red tropical fruit punches created for childhood birthday parties. Bright berries, pineapple, and stone fruit blossom aromas are followed by a silky texture and a slightly black licorice finish. This will mix beautifully into a great cocktail, but I might just enjoy it on the rocks at my next birthday party. Jazmin
