Clear Creek was founded over 30 years ago by local Steven McCarthy. Having spent time with him at his distillery, I can say that the highest priority is quality over quantity. This unctuous, bright, deep liqueur can be utilized in cocktail creation or simply poured over your favorite vanilla ice cream.
