The mesmerizing color of this authentic absinthe is imparted entirely by natural herbs. Mata Hari is perfect in cocktails, since its delicate licorice flavor won’t overpower mixed drinks. This Green Fairy is no shrinking violet, however: it contains the highest levels of thujone and absinthin allowed by law.
