Vermouth got such a bad rap over the years but as you may have noticed it's cool again so go ahead and dive in. For me anything that is simple and easy plus refreshing - that is my summer jam. I just mix this beautiful Spanish Vermouth over rocks with soda water and a twist of lime or orange and you are good. Throw in some bitters if you want to mix it up but not necessary. I call it adult coca cola and it goes down easy.
