Everything created at the Rochelt estate is rare and extremely limited. So to say that this expression is far and away the rarest speaks volumes to its singular nature. Made from raspberries that have grown wild in the Carpathian forests each berry is hand harvested at peak ripeness and the unblemished fruit is used only fresh without the use of any preservatives or artificial ingredients. It took over 130 pounds of fruit to produce one liter of this magnificent eau de vie. The spirit is bursting with flavors that are deep, concentrated and at once intensely fruity and spicy.
