An historic addition to craft whiskey! This is the first time a craft distillery has produced a bottle in bond. This whiskey is also the most aged to date. It's great to see the progression of a distillery with such passion putting a unique stamp on their whiskey, giving it distinction and a sense of place. Careful attention to inverted stepped infusion during fermentation allows for each of the grains to display characteristics. Complex Colorado sippin'!
