I love this Amaro; It can be drunk straight, and it mixes super well. One of my favorite cocktails to to use it in is one of my own creations, "The End of the Pear." Ingredients: -- 1 oz Ramazzotti -- 1 oz Knappogue Castle Irish Whiskey -- 1.5 oz Vermentino -- .5 oz Honey Syrup (equal parts honey and water) -- 3 dashes Dr. Adam Elmegirab's Dandelion & Burdock Bitters -- Stir -- Strain into a coupe -- Garnish with an orange twist Enjoy.
