Often a misconception, Cynar (pr.cheeNAR) does not taste like artichokes! It is a delicious Italian Amaro made up of more than a dozen botanical ingredients. It offers a beautiful up-front sweetness with a resolute herbal bitterness on the finish. Enjoy this on the rocks as an aperitif or as a digestif after a heavy meal. And with a relatively low alcohol content, Cynar adds amazing flavor and complexity to cocktails. Try this one at home: Cynartown: 2oz. London Dry Gin, 3/4oz. Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth, 1/2oz.
