Staff Pick Notes

If you like bubbles, if you like to experience a new kind of sparkling wine made using the traditional method in Champagne, then you have to stop and consider to try The Chook Sparkling Shiraz. This Sparkling wine has the word FUN written all over. Imagine a Champagne with a garnet color, imagine a Champagne with Blackberry and Red-berry flavors, and imagine having this sparkling wine slightly chilled. Awesome versatility when it comes to pairing, I mean, The Chook Sparkling Shiraz goes well with pretty much everything.
