Tasting Notes

This 1er Cru Champagne is made in a fresh and friendly style, highlighting notes of bright orchard fruits accented by a light yeastiness and a slight minerality on the finish. This full-bodied wine should ideally be served with food (think white meat and cream sauces or chicken pot pie), though it is a pleasure to enjoy all on its own. No doubt this NV will flourish with age, yet it is drinking wonderfully today.

Staff Pick Notes

I love this Champagne. It's rare to find a "value" in this region but I do, in fact, believe I've found one! This is no shrinking violet. Rich, brioche-y, and slightly nutty, this Champagne packs a lot of body, texture, and flavor!
