Tasting Notes

Here's one of the best examples of Bergerac Sec we've seen in a long time. The nose has beautiful notes of lemon and lime that are complimented on the palate by ripe, tangy green apple fruit. Based on Sauvignon Blanc, the wine is crisp but far from austere.
