Staff Pick Notes

From the heart of the Hudson Valley comes a work of art from master distiller Dave Pickerell. A young single malt with seemingly infinite depth, this whisky strives to utilize and promote its more youthful primary character, while not overwhelming the drinker with wood tannin, extracted flavors, and unbalanced alcohol like so many young spirits do. Instead, this spirit seduces the drinker with notes of grilled corn, freshly cut sugar cane, leather, milk chocolate, and ripe peaches. You can truly taste the hands of a master at work.
