Staff Pick Notes

Quite simply a fresh, fruity, sparkling red with the slightest hint of sweetness. Brunch? Yes. Picnics? Yes. Barbeque? Yes. Day on the lake? Yes. Try it with a sirloin topped salad, less sweet desserts, dark chocolates, or a fruit salad. With a slight chill this wine satisfies the drinker who is looking for that quick and easy porch-pounder that might even raise a friend’s eyebrow because they’re surprised the Paringa is so refreshing.

The climate of South Australia’s McLaren Vale district is heavily influenced by the ocean; wines here typically show savory notes of olive and spice on the nose and deep berry flavors on the palate....
