Tasting Notes

The Givry appellation is quite small and this white bottling is nothing short of delicious. It comes from 40-year-old Chardonnay vines planted in chalk and clay soils. Clos Salomon is a winery tracing its roots back to the 13th Century in the Côte Chalonnaise. Today, the estate boasts a mere 7 ha of vineyards.
