Lejay Lagoute has the distinction of being the creator of the first ever crème de cassis in 1841. The multiple steps to production ensure that freshness and richness are married together for the ultimate cassis expression. Taste a little bit of history when we pour this utterly delicious liqueur.

Looking for white wines that pair perfectly with your hearty cold-weather cuisine? We're sampling three wines that belong at the dinner table this winter: The Boundary Breaks "Ovid Line North" Riesling is a Finger Lakes white made in the off-dry Kabinett style with juicy peach flavors and lively acidity; The La Crotta di Vegneron Petite Arvine is fresh and unoaked with herbal aromas; And the Gilbert Picq Chablis is a classic Burgundy white with flinty minerality and green apple fruit.

Bols Liqueurs

Kickstart your holiday party cocktails with the award-winning beverage boosters of Bols. Sample four of the delicious spirits offered by this historic Dutch distillery: The Bols Barrel Aged Genever is distilled from rye, wheat, and corn and then blended with an array of botanicals including cloves, anise, licorice, and juniper; The Bols Genever Gin exhibits notes of celery seed, fennel, peppercorn, and lemon peel; The Bols Banana is a very high-quality liqueur, and perfect if you’re interested in inventing new cocktails; And the Bols Crème de Noyaux is an almond-flavored liqueur that is simply a must for Pink Squirrel cocktails.

Teeling Whiskey

If you're not already an Irish whiskey drinker, the whiskeys of Teeling will probably change that. Come taste three different styles of Irish whiskey from Teeling: The Teeling Whiskey Company Irish Whiskey is light, delicate, and creamy with a sweet vanilla scent; The Teeling Single Cask Irish Whiskey was aged for 12 years in used bourbon barrels and finished in port barrels and is vibrant, layered, and mouthwatering; And the Teeling Single Malt Irish Whiskey is elegant with flavors of strawberries and cream.

Paumanok Wines

Kick off your winter festivities with tasty local wines from New York state. We're sampling the wines of legendary Long Island producer Paumanok: The Paumanok Chenin Blanc is reminiscent of Loire Valley Chenin Blancs with flavors of grapefruit, pineapple, and melon; The Paumanok Festival Red is a delicious Merlot-Cab blend that's juicy with fresh cherry fruit and baking spice aromas; And the Paumanok Late Harvest Riesling is rich and honeyed with an ethereal texture.

Raise a glass to winter with meticulously crafted Chamapgnes that are festive and absolutely perfect with food. We're tasting an array of Champagnes from classic producer André Clouet that are ready for any occasion: The Silver Brut Nature NV is non-dosage and incredibly finessed; The Grande Réserve Brut NV is full of red berry & apple fruit and chalky minerality; And the Millésimé 2008 has amazing depth, richness, and elegance.

Singani 63 Brandy

Just when you think you've tasted every type of spirit there is, Singani 63 Brandy comes along and changes that. We’ll be pouring this Bolivian spirit made from Muscat grapes grown high in the Andes Mountains. Seeing that Muscat is an aromatic varietal, known for its fruity and floral character, the result is a clean, perfumed, and vibrant brandy that drinks like a fruit-forward eau-de-vie.

Art in the Age

Philadelphia’s Art in the Age takes its cues from old-timey Pennsylvania recipes and herbal concoctions to make tasty cocktail fixer-uppers for the modern mixologist. We’re tasting a smattering of these contemplative quaffers: the “Rhubarb Tea”, “Sage Cordial”, “Snap”, and “Root”. No artificial flavorings or sickly-sweet liqueur here!

We're sampling three delectable wines that run the gamut stylistically: The Pierre Paillard Bouzy Grand Cru Brut NV is a stellar Champagne that's round and ripe with pear fruit and a bready finish; The Gunderloch "Jean-Baptiste" Riesling is cheerful, peachy, and off-dry; And the Clos de la Roilette "Cuveé Christal" Fleurie is a fine Beaujolais with raspberry and strawberry notes from one of the most well-respected producers in the area.
