Handcrafted using water and barley from the Rocky Mountains and mash supplied by Flying Dog Brewery, Colorado Whiskey is sweet with vanilla and caramel notes, and wraps up with a creamy finish. Notes in Diamond Peak include dried stone fruit, caramel, freshly sawed wood, espresso, spicy chocolate, and seasoned oak.
