Meet the makers of this lovely organic wine. Olympe is an unoaked, full-bodied red wine that's rich with pulpy blackberry and pomegranate aromas. Made from the peppery Syrah grape and topped off with a bit of Marselan (a cross between Cabernet and Grenache), it's excellent with chicken cooked with olives and capers. The Rosella Blanc is fragrant and dry. Its freshness makes this an easy wine to sip alone.
