The Paul John Distillery has been making waves in the whisky world for years now and we are beyond thrilled to finally be able to share these at a tasting. We'll be pouring four whiskies from this amazing distiller: The Paul John Brilliance Single Malt Whisky is full of tropical fruit, creamy toasted malt, and nuanced spices; The Paul John Classic Single Malt Whisky is reminiscent of well-aged Scotch like older Glenrothes or Clyenlish with notes that include honeycomb, dried pineapple, and red licorice; The Paul John Edited Single Malt Whisky displays notes of mocha and bonfire; And the Paul John Peated Single Malt Whisky is full-flavored with flavors of fragrant pipe tobacco, gingerbread, violets, caramel, and dry spices.
