Today, brothers Fabrice and Pascal Agrapart continue to run their family winery that has existed in the town of Avize for over 100 years. Most of their Chardonnay vines are over 40 years old. The 7 crus is a reference to the 7 villages that the grapes come from: Avize, Cramant, Oiry, Mardeuil, Oger, Avenay Val d'Or and Bergères-les-Vertus. Half of the wine was aged in oak barrels after the primary fermentation.

Agrapart et Fils lies in the center of the Cote de Blancs in Avize. Currently headed by Pascal Agrapart and his son Amboise, they tend 9 hectares of predominately Chardonnay-based vineyards in the villages of Avize, Oger, Cramant, and Oiry. With some of the oldest vines in the region at 70 years old, the domaine chooses to be more selective with their production numbers to ensure its gold standard. Their 7 Crus are 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir sourced from their vineyards in all 7 villages within the Cote de Blancs. 100% malolactic fermentation and maturation in both old foudre and stainless steel creates a wine with density and power. The wine remains textured and racy with notes of light toast, fresh mint, white grapefruit, crème fraiche, and underlying salinity that balances a creamy, hefty body with zesty notes.
