The single vineyard, Lazzarito, is located in the Serralunga d'Alba commune of Barolo where the 40 year old vines are planted on a 2 ha plot with soils of clay and limestone. After a 4 skin maceration and after fermenation, the wine was transferred into a mix of French barriques and the traditional Slavonian oak casks.
