From Cabernet Franc vines that are 35 to 50 years old and planted in mixed soils of schist, gravel and clay. Fermented in large wooden vats. Although this is produced within the appellation of Anjou, it was intentionally declassified into a Vin de France. From two parcels, Le Clos de l'Ommeau and 50 year old vines from Les Bonnes Blanches.
