Made with three different grape distillates: a neutral grape spirit, one infused with vine flower, and one infused with a variety of botanicals. More delicate and nuanced than your average London dry style, the gin has a beautiful supple texture that carries flavors of lavender, lilacs, pepper, and licorice and finishes with a racy, mouth-watering jolt of rosemary, juniper, and cardamom. A very solid gin that will work well in simple and complex drink creations.
