Yum, yum this sweet vermouth tastes of gentle baking spices, orange peel and ginger cookies. There is a tiny touch of bitterness like a baby Amaro. This could absolutely be enjoyed on it’s own with a slight chill at the end of a meal, but would rock your cocktails calling for sweet vermouth, just understand that this is not a sticky sweet vermouth. Adjust your recipe accordingly.
