A mix of Cab Franc and Cab Sauvignon with a wild nose that is also a dense, earthy expression of terroir. The soils are Jurassic silica and are situated in the heart of Saumur's pastoral, historic countryside. The property was originally founded by Benedictine monks in the 10th Century.
