A sturdy blend of Cabernet Franc and Malbec. An ageworthy red that adds character to a cellar collection, you can also decant and enjoy its youth now. Deeply etched minerality cuts through the firm red fruit on this elegant, structured wine. Enjoy with gamey meats, hard cheeses and flavorful sauces. This red blend was fermented in concrete and matured in 225L and 400L used barrels.
